What You Will Need to Submit
A one-page pdf document (no other formats are accepted) with the following:
- Title
- Author(s) information (underline the presenter)
- Main topic selected
- Max 5 Keywords
- Abstract of the submission
Note: Only original material should be submitted. Commercial papers, papers with no new research/development content, and papers with proprietary restrictions will not be accepted for presentation.

IMPORTANT: If you are a student and would like to compete for best-student-paper awards, insert the tag [Abstract – STUDENT]
Submission Agreement
All presenting authors agree to the following conditions by submitting an abstract:
- Register and pay the conference registration fee
- Attend the meeting in person
- Present at the scheduled time
Paper Submission
ICOP 2026 registered Authors have the possibility to submit an extended version of their presented contributions for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. All papers that are published as part of the Proceedings of ICOP 2026, will be made available to all participants.
Papers will be submitted in IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF form.
The extended paper submission should meet the following criteria:
1. Originality:
Authors must submit original work that:
- it’s original and has not appeared elsewhere for publication
- is not under review for another refereed publication
- suitably cites previous work, to avoid plagiarism
- indicates how it differs from previously published work.
2. Language:
Contributions must be written in English.
3. Source Document
Extended papers (including abstract, tables, figures and references) must be a minimum of 3-pages and a maximum of 4-pages, prepared as camera-ready using the proper template available at the link:

4. Transfer of Copyright:
all authors intending to publish in the IEEE Xplore® digital library must provide a transfer of Copyright. IEEE copyright form, properly completed and signed, must be submitted in order to correctly complete the submission process. Instructions to submit an electronic Copyright Form will be mailed to authors, after extended papers have been properly received by the Proceedings Editorial Board (through ICOP 2026 Organizers).

Instruction for Presenters
- The official language of the conference is English
- Presentation time: 30 min for invited talks, 15 min for regular oral, including 3 min for Q&A
- Poster presentations: recommended poster size is A0 in vertical orientation. The posters can be placed for all the duration of the conference. A dedicated session is scheduled in the conference program.
